Its founding members are Sándor Szilvai and István Bardi. Our main areas of expertise include civil engineering, structural engineering, technological piping, and building services engineering. 

The company started with 5 employees and by 2012 had grown to an average staff of 30. Alongside this growth in personnel, the company has also achieved significant revenue growth in just 12 years. Through its activities, the company has become an increasingly prominent player in the region. 

Since 2013, our company has operated under the "MSZ EN ISO9001:2009" system, and since 2017 under the "MSZ EN ISO9001:2015" standard. Our goal and business policy: to establish fair and balanced business relationships; to strive for reliable, accurate work in the fields of technology, building services, and service work for our clients, supported by a trained team of professionals with the necessary certifications and authorizations, as well as a well-equipped machinery park (excavators, trucks, lifting machines, forklifts, free jet sandblasters, small machines).

 Our current staff stands at 19 employees. Our other company: GÁZ - CONTROLL Kft. In addition to Szilvai és Társa Kft., we operate another company, GÁZ - CONTROLL Kft., which is also owned by the aforementioned two individuals. Its main profile: service activities, including brand servicing for both residential and industrial sectors (VAILLANT, VIESSMANN, SAUNIER DUVAL, IMMERGAS, PAKOLE - hot air blowers, radiant heaters). 

Our current staff here is 7 employees. Our aim: We strive to meet our clients' needs at the highest possible standard at all times, offering professional, fair, and prompt service in line with external requirements, thereby establishing a stable, ongoing relationship with them. Furthermore, we aim to expand our profile by strengthening our general contracting activities, and through our growing number of references, we aim to expand into other regions of the country and solidify our position.
